Hi Deviants!!

As I said some days before, here you have some preview pages of shadowmancer!

Here I go ahead training my soft pencils tecnique, because it fits perfectly this comic.

Oh i love the shading on every character. Especially the anger the character at the front has and the triumph in the back. Very nice. GJ

Great your sense of lighting and shading shows that you know what you are doining. Great work on the hair and I am glad to see someone with balls enough to attempt pencil work with smudging monsters of doom and chaos. I hope this is something that can be seen in comic shops soon if not already, I will pick it up if so.

It's surprising what you can say with pictures.

Other then the fact that a "picture is worth a thousand words" yaddaaaa, yadda, yadda. It's surprising that the quirk of a brow or a simple "misplaced" shadow can tell you about the plot line. You can tell of coarse, that i ahve seen too many graphic novel pagess sans words, right?

Anyways, I'm kind of curious now, because the cover tells a different story about the charcters then the pages do. Is the guy I'm dubbing "Oaf" really an evil genius behind a masterfully set up plan to achieve ultimate power, or did he and the guy I'm dubbing "My Lord" some how switch evil carma?

Idk, I guess I would have to read the story to find out. :P

Very nice collage, I like the way the two different backgrounds, the way each bit of the picture tells you something about the story or the characters.

hey! thanx a lot for all your compliments .... I just can say that it is better for you to read the book , or well, I prefer you to buy the comic, since it is penciled by me =D

Story rocks it is cool, and has big drama.

I must say this selection of sketches are wonderful. Great character designs and expressions, you've really used the lighting as an advantage to show emotion and you have a great eye for detail. Fantastic work.
